GHSP can provide either 50% or 100% of overnight accommodation for participants who travel more than 50 miles each way. NOTE: This distance should be calculated between the agency location and the Raleigh Convention Center.
- Up to two sleeping rooms per agency will be approved and only for the nights of Aug. 16, 17 and 18. Additional sleeping rooms and extra nights are the responsibility of the participant.
- Limited group rate rooms are available and must be booked before July 15, 2016, or before block is full. Once group block is full, GHSP will not be liable for payments. GHSP will not pay for accommodations outside of group rate.
- Hotels will require a credit card to hold the room. Credit cards will not be charged, with the exception of a no show and failure to cancel your reservation. Each person occupying the room must be listed on hotel room reservation before we will approve for payment.
- Prior approval is required for agencies requesting to register more than 4 people.
